Salix Ltd & UDT: A Creative Partnership

In 2000 UDT joined forces with Salix Ltd, a learning consultancy, acknowledged as leaders in their corporate sector. This partnership has brought UDT's work into the corporate arena and both organisations have reaped the benefits of this unique partnership. UDT now has office space within the Salix complex and has access to strategic direction and professional financial management. Salix has strengthened their market edge with the integration of UDT's personnel and working methods in their training and consultancy work. Both organisations have a deep-rooted commitment to alternative learning programmes that can challenge the barriers that prevent people from benefiting from creative opportunities and quality facilitation.

UDT staff worked with Salix for Bloomberg Television on a trade education event to promote awareness to over 3000 call centre personel within BSkyB centres in Scotland. Ths involved a blend of dance, urban sports (including BMX & Skateboard) reinforced with a highly participative physical learning game. Bloomberg susequently commissioned UDT to create a performance piece for the NTL National Radio Awards.

UDT has also worked with MTV Networks, Nationwide Building Society, BSkyB, Commercial Radio Companies Association, FilmFour, Coversure Insurance and Bristol & West Financial Services.
